What is a NFC-Plaque or Card?
A NFC-Plaque or Card is a smart tool that allows customers to instantly access your Google review page or any other platform with a single tap of their phone. It helps businesses collect reviews quickly and effortlessly.
Does NFC work on all phones?
Yes. NFC works on nearly all modern smartphones including iPhones from 2018 and newer and most Android devices from 2015 onward. For older phones without NFC, a QR code is included as a backup.
Is it ready to use out of the box?
Yes. Each plaque and card is preprogrammed with your personal link to leave a review, follow your page or save your contact. Every item is fully tested before shipping and ready to use the moment you receive it!
Are there any monthly or hidden costs?
No. There are no subscriptions or additional costs. You make a one time purchase and can use it without limits.
Can I add my logo or brand colors?
Yes. You can fully customize your order with your logo, colors and other design elements. Our design team ensures your card or plaque matches your brand identity.

Can I order multiple products for different business locations?
Yes. You can order multiple cards or plaques, each with its own unique link or location name. This is perfect for franchises, multi-location businesses, or teams managing different review pages.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and other secure payment methods. All transactions are processed safely.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production takes around two to five business days, depending on customization.
If no customization such as logos, colors or other design elements is required, delivery within Belgium takes one to three business days.
Shipping within the European Union takes three to six business days and orders outside the EU usually arrive within seven to ten business days.
You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country and all international orders include tracking information.

What is your return policy?
Non customized products can be returned within fourteen days in their original condition. Customized items that include logos, colors or other design elements are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or doesn't function correctly, contact us within seven days of delivery with photos or a short video. We will review your case and replace the product at no cost.
How do I contact customer support?
You can reach our support team through the contact form on our website or by email. We usually respond within twenty four hours on business days. Our team is based in Limburg, Belgium and provides assistance in both Dutch and English.
